Kimberly Ann Kopp
October 7, 1974 - October 5, 2020
With all our love, rest in peace, dear Kim. Beloved daughter of Fred and Linda Kopp. Beloved stepdaughter of Erin Kopp. Beloved sister to Dr. Melanie Kopp. Kimberly will be missed by all the family — including her aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins. Kimberly was always full of spunk and spice, and never passed up an opportunity to enjoy life and be in the company of others. She was very fond of eating (!) and looked forward to her Mom coming over with a good homemade meal, just the thing after a busy day of work. Kimberly loved having the companionship of her big sister to look up to over the years. And, Kim found the time to break from her intensive law work, to head to her Dad’s where she could get her hands in the dirt and then enjoy the fruits of their labor—fresh-picked homegrown corn! She truly loved all her many friends, and especially enjoyed visiting pals in Arizona, where she could be found hiking in the hills, or reading a thriller, afloat in the pool… while working on that tan! Kimberly grew up in Palisades Park, attended Holy Angels, and then Leonia High School. After graduating from the University of Arizona, she moved on to study law at Seton Hall University. Kimberly worked very diligently in the legal profession, and attained partnership at the firm DeFrank, McCluskey & Kopp, LLC. Kim has touched so many hearts and will be missed by so many. She devoted much of her own time to helping others trying to get through difficult stretches in their lives. We will miss your special smile and laughter so much. “Please save us a seat – right next to you in Heaven.” We know you’re in good hands, sitting right in between Nanny and Nanny No-No and watching over us from above.
