Alicia A Beato's Obituary
Alicia Antonia Beato, 77, passed away in Hackensack, New Jersey on Monday May 12th, 2025.
One of 6 children, shes was born in Moca, Ensanche Espaillat, Dominican Republic, to Monica Emilia Beato & Apolinar Rodriguez.
She enjoyed being a grandma to her grandchildren, cooking, (she was a great cook!), decorating her home, listening to all kinds of music, and hearing the latest celebrity gossip. She was the best source of old and new celebrity gossip info. That's how she earned her nickname "Farandulita", making her the best trivia partner ever. She will always be remembered for her warm smile that lit up a room, and her sassy energy, quick jokes and endless unconditional love. She worked hard all her life, retiring from her housekeeping job at Englewood Hospital.
She's survived by her six children Danny Antonio, Manuel de Jesus Ferreiras, Jose Francisco Espinal, Cinthia K Silva, William Antonio Miranda, Rita L Geraldo, and 12 grandchildren.
The funeral Service will be held at Hennessey Heights Funeral Home on Monday May 19th, from 4pm to 8pm, at 232 Kipp Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.
Gathering for funeral procession will be Tuesday May 20th from 10am to 11am at the funeral home. Graveside Service will be held at Arlington Cemetery, 748 Schuyler Ave. Kearny, NJ 07032, from Tuesday May 20th at 11:30am.
