Darin Pepper
I met Alvin back in 2001, through mutual friends. We quickly hit it off because of our similar sense of humor and love for 80’s music. Our friendship was spent walking around NYC, eating out, meeting for drinks and laughing a lot. I always remember that he enjoyed his single life, being able to come and go as he pleased. He had a beautiful little oasis of an apartment that I visited a few times. I moved to CA in 2011 and we kept in touch by text and phone a few times but life gets busy. I found out he was sick last year cause I hadn’t heard back from him in a while. I checked in on him 4-5 times since then and he told me things were going ok. I am so very saddened to find out this news today and I send my deepest condolences to his loved ones and family. I will miss his wit, friendship, big heart for those he loved and his no bullshit approach to life. Love you Parker. Darin Pepper
