Ángel Rafael Martínez "Pichi / Dice” September 27, 1973 - May 24, 2024
Together we celebrate and honor the life of Ángel Rafael Martínez better known by his family and friends as “Pichi o Dice”.
Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico on September 27, 1973, he moved to the United States during his childhood and grew up in the city of Paterson, NJ where he worked in some trades, most of the time on his own, inventing businesses, such as selling skewers or items where he resided (house or hospital) he was his own boss, he loved cars, and music.
We will always remember Angel Raphael, son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, and in the last days as a brother in the faith and Son of God since he made profession of faith recognizing, confessing and accepting Jesus CHRIST as his Savior and God.
We thank God for Angel Raphael for his generous heart, his frankness, his loyalty, and the great love, care that he felt, and that he expressed especially towards his mother.
Angel leaves behind his beloved mother (Teófila Martinez), 4 dear siblings: (Sara, Maritza, Angel Luis, Wanda Ivelisse), he also leaves behind a lot of cousins, uncles, nieces and nephews, especially his niece, child of his eyes and heart ❤️ (Priscilla Marie and her children, Eliezer, Amarie) and several of his closest friends (Antonio (macho), Rosalie, Tyron, Victor (chucky).
Ángel Rafael has undoubtedly left a very deep mark impacting our hearts with his legacy of love, his dedication and his memory which will always remain with all of us who love him.
Rest in peace, your spirit and soul have returned to your Creator.
With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away and although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. Angel Rafael Martinez a son, a brother, an uncle and most importantly a friend. Angel Rafael was only 50 years old. He tried to fight for his life and at the end he went in peace. Angel had one of the biggest hearts and he will never be forgotten.
Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers received by our family at this most difficult time.

Unidos celebramos y honramos la vida de Ángel Rafael Martínez mejor conocido por su familia y amigos como “Pichi o Dice”.
Nacido en Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico el 27 de Septiembre de 1973, se mudó a los Estados Unidos durante su niñez y creció en la ciudad de Paterson, NJ donde trabajó en algunos oficios, más la mayoría de veces por su propia cuenta, inventándose negocios, como el vender pinchos o artículos donde residía(casa o hospital) era su propio jefe, le encantaba los autos, y la música.
Nosotros siempre recordaremos a Ángel Rafael, hijo, hermano, tío, primo, amigo, y en los últimos días como hermano en la fe e Hijo de Dios ya que hizo profesión de fe reconociendo, confesando y aceptando a JESUCRISTO como su Salvador y Dios.
Agradecemos a Dios por Ángel Rafael por su corazón generoso, su franqueza, su lealtad y el gran amor, cuidado que él sentía, y que expresaba especialmente hacia su madre.
Ángel deja atrás a su amada madre (Teófila Martinez), 4 queridos hermanos: ( Sara, Maritza, Ángel Luis, Wanda Ivelisse), También deja atrás a una gran cantidad de primos, tíos, sobrinas y sobrinos, en especial a su sobrina ( niña de sus ojos y corazón ❤️ (Priscilla Marie y los hijos de ella, Eliezer, Amarie) y varios de sus más cercanos amigos ( Antonio (macho), Rosalie, Tyron, Victor (chucky).
Ángel Rafael indudablemente ha dejado una huella muy profunda impactando nuestros corazones con su legado de amor, su entrega y su recuerdo el cual permanecerá siempre con todos nosotros los que le amamos.
Descansa en Paz, tu espíritu y alma han regresado a tu Creador.
Con ojos llorosos te miramos y te vimos morir y aunque te amábamos mucho no pudimos hacerte quedar. Angel Rafael Martinez un Amigo, un hermano, un tío y lo más importante un hijo. Ángel tenía sólo 50 años. Intentó luchar por su vida y al final se fue en paz. Ángel tenía uno de los corazones más grandes y nunca será olvidado.
