Diana Toledo Villeda's Obituary
Diana Toledo Villeda May 20, 1966- July 1, 2020.
Diana was born in Paterson, NJ to the late Carmen and Hector Toledo. At 21 years of age she and her family moved to Franklin, NJ. After a few years of living in Franklin she moved back to Paterson with her husband and daughter to begin a new life. A few years later she divorced and began to raise her daughter on her own. Diana went on to give birth to two more children. After a tumultuous relationship with the father of her boys, Diana began to raise her kids as a single parent AND boy was she an AMAZING mother! She lived a hard life- let's just say most of us couldn't walk in her shoes! Even though she had very little, she was the very first person to give you anything she could, always putting everyone before her. She always loved who she loved unconditionally. She was so, so strong! Through life, she always had a huge golden heart and cared about anyone who became a part of her life in one way or another. She loved HARD! She made an amazing grilled cheese that everyone loved! She loved listening to music, freestyle, and Spanish being her favorite. She loved to dance, especially to her merengue!
She had a smile that lit up a whole room. If she was having a great time, so were you! That's how we will all remember her; cheerful, loving, caring, and full of life! Her last few years were her hardest, dealing with medical issues that she always fought off, until she couldn't anymore. She fought till her very last day. She is missed by so many. She impacted many of our lives, even opened up some eyes as to what it is to be genuine.
She is survived by: her siblings Hayley Encarnacion from Woodland Park, NJ, and Erik Toledo from North Port, FL: her children Stephanie Villeda from Bayonne, NJ, Matthew Lewis Irizarry from Wallington, NJ, and Christian Tyler Irizarry from Wallington, NJ; her nephew G’iannis Rolando Toledo and her grandson Juelz Elias Irizarry.
Mom, you will FOREVER be with us, we know you are our Guardian Angel. This is not a goodbye, but a see you later! Save us some spots up there in Paradise! Till we meet again, we love you endlessly! ❤🙏
We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the below link for her memorial/burial. Thank you so much!
