Doris Smedberg's Obituary
SMEDBERG
Doris Chickie, nee McCartney, a lifelong resident of Kearny, New Jersey, age 81. She passed away peacefully at home on November 24, 2013. Doris was predeceased by her husband Eugene, her brother Robert McCartney and her sister Maureen Dale. She is survived by her three children, Suzanne D'Alessio Robert, Jayne Saunders David and Jeffrey Smedberg Susan, her two grandchildren Meghan La Forgia and Christopher D'Alessio, and her cherished great granddaughter Brie Elizabeth La Forgia.
Doris enjoyed traveling, cooking and most of all, her family and friends. She will be missed by all who loved her.
A private service was requested by Doris. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her during her lifetime.
