Faye F Calamia's Obituary
Our beloved Faye Calamia, 67 years old passed away on May 3, 2024 at Hackensack Hospital. She was the wife of John Calamia, they shared 48 years of marriage.
Faye was born in Teaneck, New Jersey. Faye was the daughter of Reynold and Florence Kahmann. Faye was the sister of Kathy, Luanne, Michael, Holly, Stephanie and Cindy. Faye graduated from Ridgefield Park high school. Faye enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and most of all enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Faye is survived by her husband, John Calamia, her four daughters Stephanie, Jennifer, Kimm, Carol and her Son-in-law, Tito Jones. Her 11 grandchildren, Alexis, Jonathan (Kristen), Anira, Tony, Ariana, Mackenzie, Kaemar, Chris, Tiana, Jarell and Ivan. Two great grandchildren, Jay’Vion and Jeremiah. Also her dog Kenzie. Faye will be remembered for her sense of humor, beautiful smile, and always being there when we needed her. She will always be in our hearts.
Faye’s Visitation Services will be held on May 10th 2024 from 2 to 6 PM. Donations can be made to the Calamia family, anything is appreciated and flowers may be sent to Hennessey Heights Funeral Home for Faye Calamia.
