Frances (nee: Wagner), 96, of Ramsey, formerly of Upper Saddle River, passed away March 24, 2014. Predeceased by her devoted husband Carmel (Tom) and her brother Leon Wagner. Survived by her loving children Diane Andrick and her husband Sandy, Cynthia Miccolis and Richard Rulli. Cherished grandmother to Sheila Sarao and her husband Michael, Richard Rulli Jr. and his wife Gail, Justine Fortuna and her husband Lee, Damien Tully, Colleen Devivo and Christopher Miccolis. Loving great grandmother to Nick, Talia and Frankie Fortuna, Caitlin and Lindsay Rulli and Dylan and Chloe Miccolis. Sister in law to Josephine Rulli and Margaret Wagner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In her later years, Frances enjoyed trips to the Jersey Shore and Florida. Her husband owned Tom’s Hairdressing Salon in Hackensack where she worked. Her hobbies included crafts, playing cards and bingo with Aunt Vi. She had an extensive collection of all different kinds of dolls.
Visitation will be Friday, March 28 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Hennessey Heights Funeral Home, 232 Kipp Ave, Hasbrouck Heights. A service will be held that night at 8:15pm Interment will be Saturday at Whiting Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ramapo Bergen Animal Shelter in Oakland, NJ. www.rbari.org
