Frances Oppel
Joan was the first neighbor to greet my mother when we moved in across the street. That was July 2000 and there were many back and forth visits over the seventeen years, sharing lives and family stories. Joan loved to reminisce about her life before Zeeland Drive and regardless of the task at hand she would give you her unsolicited opinion. I loved her honesty and took it all under advisement. She had a very strong love for animals and was a good listener. I have missed her since the day she was moved out of Zeeland Drive and now she will be missed for eternity. My most sincere condolence to Bill and her family. Frances Oppel
