Our beloved father John Vincent Calamia of Lodi New Jersey passed away peacefully on may 28th of 2026 with his children by his side at the age of 69 years old.
John was retired from BCL Automotive as a tow truck driver in Teaneck NJ.
John was known for joking around, spending time with his family and , loved his grandchildren. John also loved his western movies. John was reunited in death with his beloved wife of 49 years, Faye Calamia.
Together they built a beautiful family filled with love and happiness. Though his family grieves the loss of their father, grandfather, and friend, they find peace in knowing he is with his beloved wife Faye Calamia.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and is survived by his children Stephanie, Jennifer, Kimm, Carol, and his son in-law Tito. Grandchildren Alexis, Jonathan and his wife Krissy, Anira and her fiancé Isaiah, Tony, Ariana, Mackenzie, Kaemar, Chris, Tiana, Jarell and, Ivan. Great grandchildren Jay’vion, Jeremiah, Isaiah Jr., Somaiya, Skylar and, Kiran. Also a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Services will be held on June 6th, 2026 from 1pm-5pm at Hennessy heights funeral home 232 Kipp Ave Hasbrouck Heights NJ, 07604.
