Joseph DiSpezio, age 98 years, of Leonia NJ, passed away January 10, 2019.
Born in NYC, March 2, 1920. Joseph was an Army World War II veteran. He served in Tunisia, North Africa. Retired bus driver and dispatcher for NYC Transit Authority.
Beloved Husband of the late Anne(Giampietro). Loving father of Vivian DeMarco, and her husband Richard, Michael DiSpezio and his wife Susan.
Cherished grandfather of Kristin DeMarco, Richard DeMarco and his wife Katy, Anthony DiSpezio. Loving great-grandfather of Leia, Matthew & Reed.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Burial at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York.
