Aunt Laura was one in a million. She was a very special lady. She and Uncle Joe always welcomed the Nolan clan for a visit. They always were gracious hosts.
I often visited them with friends so we could go into NYC. The meals served were fabulous. The laughs and good times will always be remembered.
I will sorely miss her. I know she us running around heaven catching up with Uncle Joe and the rest of the family.

I had quite a few Aunts growing up but none more loved than Aunt Laura. She was always my favorite Aunt. We enjoyed each visit with the Lagreca's. When she and big Uncle Joe came to Hawaii they laughed the whole time. I know your in Heaven with Mom and Dad and your looking down on all of us and laughing at all the silly/dumb things we do each day. We Love you and miss you so much.

We are so sad to hear that the "tough Lithuanian" has left us. I remember the excitement of visiting the LaGrecas in Hackensack on Summit Ave, and when they came to visit us. There would be at least 5 of us kids + 2 LaGrecas; we were crowded and had to sprawl in sleeping bags and wait for the bathroom. But we loved it and looked forward to every visit.
It may seem funny, but I never thought of Aunt Laura has having a handicap. The polio never seemed to stop her. She was an inspiration to all.
We miss her and hope to continue to see the LaGreca clan in the future.

Missing you so much, Grandma! I will always remember Christmases upstairs at your house in Hackensack, going bargain shopping with you and Grandpa in the Camry that never lost the new car smell, helping crush cans with the can crusher at the top of the basement stairs, walking to your apartment from HHS, playing Scategories and War and your cooking! I’m so lucky I’ve gotten to share my Charleston home with you and that Frank got to meet you! The Higginbathrooms love you so much!
An amazing woman who I will always remember and admire for being able to walk with 4 young grandchildren around the entire block, while using 2 canes, on multiple occasions with a smile on her face the entire time. I love and miss you Grandma!
