Michael Rocco Zottarelli's Obituary
Michael Rocco Zottarelli, age 60 passed away Wednesday, September 20th, 2023. He was a long time resident of Lodi but grew up in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. Michael worked in electrical sales for 40 years. Those who knew him knew his lifelong passion for music as he played the drums his whole life in multiple bands. Michael also loved spending time and taking care of his dogs, Bandit, Jasmine and most recently, Millie. In the presence of loved ones, he was always laughing and joking. Michael was a devoted husband to Maria Zottarelli of 34 years. He was a cherished father of his three children, Michael Jr., Jeffrey and daughter Laura Zottarelli. Beloved son to the late Frieda (nee Eagen) and John Zottarelli. Dearest brother of John Zottarelli, Patricia Helwig and her husband Jeff, Lori Zottarelli, Tracey Zottarelli and her husband Aaron Eckels, Scott Zottarelli and his wife Heather. Michael is predeceased by his sister, Donna Marie Zottarelli and brothers, James Zottarelli and Edward Zottarelli. Michael was a cherished uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Visitation will be on Monday, September 25th from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Hennessey-Heights Funeral Home, 232 Kipp Ave, Hasbrouck Heights. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 26th at 11:00 am followed by the gravide service at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus at 12:45 pm.
