Neil was great friend and always there when you needed help. You will be missed.
Neil was a genuine, funny, and caring individual. He respectfully treated every employee the same, from the least to the greatest. He had such a unique personality and laugh that could brighten up the room, in which will never be forgotten. I always admired his dedication to Conrail and all his tireless hard work. Neil will truly be missed, by all those who worked with him. My deepest condolences, to his entire family.
It's been over 35 years since, but it seems like yesterday that Neil and I worked on Conrail's New Jersey Division together. He was always the professional while conducting railroad business. While participating in the occasional "after work" staff meetings down the road from 405 Division Street in Elizabethport, he was a "character" in the best of ways. Rest in peace buddy.
Neil will truly be missed by all those who worked with him. He was a genuine and funny guy who made even the toughest situations enjoyable. My deepest condolences to his family.
