I have just received the news of Peter's passing. my heart goes out to the family and is now very heavy. peter was a great man and was very influential to me as a veterinarian. my involvement with ultrasound and the impact it has had on my patients over the years I owe to him. he was inspirational knowledgeable fair and a man I could call my friend. I and my patients owe him enormous gratitude for I could have not achieved the success in diagnostic ultrasound that I did without him. many many of my patients benefitted from his labs equipment teaching and guidance. His joy, his positivity, his "mile-a-minute" energy, his candor, his generosity, his loving manner, his encouragement, his humor, and his friendship was definitely my privilege to observe and receive.
