Robert A Moran's Obituary
Robert (Bob) Moran, longtime North Bergen resident, passed away suddenly on February 13th.
Bob was born in Stamford, CT and moved with his family to
Hollywood, FL in 1956. In 1977, Bob returned to the Northeast and resided in Queens, New York before moving to North Bergen, New Jersey in the 1980’s. His storytelling skills and sharp wit will be remembered, especially among his family and friends.
Bob’s working career spanned many different jobs, from a car rental
agent to a theatre ticket broker to Controller, at the Brotherhood Synagogue in NYC, his last and longest employment. Companies he worked for included Columbia Medical School, Reitveld Architects, and Hoberman Design. Bob had the ability to create long-term relationships.
He is survived by his sister Bonnie Moran-Kappenhagen and brother-in-law Andreas, of Stuart, FL.
Bob was cremated at the Hennessey Heights Funeral Home in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Memorial services are being planned for later this year.
