Robert loved Sam, and was forever describing recent conversations... and when I met Sam and Flora I could see why! And agreed with their love for coastal Mass.
It was unfortunate that I allowed my self to be cut off after Rob died [July 2009] and so missed the later years of Sam. .Mea culpa.
Marc Wiener has talked to me several times.... about the family. Wish I had been more involved. And I send lots of live to comfort you in these sad months.
I retired to be with Rob in the last few years of his life. Vanessa birthed two gorgeous kids [Robert 4, and Eleanor 2] Life fortunately goes on.... even when important people are missing from it...
