Tommy (a.k.a Birdy) is survived by his father Thomas A. Patrick, his two brothers, his sister, his many cousins, aunts, and uncles, and the countless amount of friends he had. We will all miss your infectious smile, which was a testament of your amazing spirit. You touched many lives, you are loved and you will be missed dearly, Tommy.
