In Loving Memory: Wayne A. Bardowell
Wayne A. Bardowell, 62 of Secaucus, NJ passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family, after bravely facing lung and metastatic brain cancer.
He was born as Wayne Andrew Bardowell on November 15, 1962 in Wayne, NJ to the late Roy and Grace Bardowell. Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 11 years Jane Cuizon , his son Wayne of Vernon, and Abigail, and Aaron of Secaucus; his siblings: Cheryl Bardowell of Yucaipa CA, Tammie Bardowell of Los Angles, CA, and Roy Bardowell of Chandler, AZ. Wayne is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and countless friends.
Wayne cherished spending time with his wife, children, family, and friends. He enjoyed listening to music, especially the Beatles and working diligently on computers. Wayne attended Wayne Hills High School in Wayne, NJ and also received many computer certifications over the years. Wayne was employed by Integrity House for 30 years as a Systems Engineer in Newark, NJ. He was dedicated to the mission and service that Integrity House stands for, that of helping individuals and families through addictions treatment, mental health treatment, and recovery support.
Wayne’s final wish was to have his body donated for the advancement of medical science, research, and education (Anatomy Gifts Registry), which has played a vital role in promoting excellence for patient- centered advancements in medicine.
A private Memorial Service and a private Celebration of Life will be held in the future. Wayne will be remembered as a devoted husband and father, loving family member, cherished friend and an inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest in peace and may his memory continue to be a source of comfort to those who mourn him.
