William John Kane's Obituary
William John Kane, of Tenafly, born March 29, 1954, passed away at home on November 12, 2017. Born in Hackensack NJ, he was the first-born son of the late William and Dorothy Kane. He graduated from New Milford High School in 1972 and enlisted in the Navy and served during the Vietnam War. Bill was a proud member of the VA and enjoyed rooting for the Yankees and Giants.
He is survived by his 3 beloved children, Nicole Fahrenholz (Kate), Christine Kane and William Kane (Kerianne) along with 2 grandchildren, Autumn and Liam Kane. Loving brother to Eleanor Stern, Mary Pat Kane (dec. 1996), Monica Giresi, Rosemary Fuhrman, Elizabeth Walenczyk, Michael Kane, Dennis Kane, Vincent Kane, Theresa Larivee, James Kane
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made to the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
