Bruno Alexandre Da Silva E Almeida, age 47, passed away on February 12th, 2024 in NYC. He was born in Lisbon, Portugal, to his mother Lisete Da Silva. He was the father of Alexander Rodrigues Almeida and ex-husband of Sandra Cristina Rodrigues, with whom he shared 17 years together with.
He was an Entrepreneur, NYC Sommelier, Wine Educator/Communicator, and Event/Content Creator. He was awarded as 2022 Educator of the Year for the Hue Society.
He was also a supporter of Black wine producers, a Portuguese advocate, and was a great drummer. His passions in life were his son Alex, music, and the wine community.
